The classic ELECTRO-LUBER™ was developed in 1982. The ELECTRO-LUBER™ uses an electro-chemical reaction which converts electrical energy into safe, inert, nitrogen gas. The gas is trapped in a hermetically sealed bellows type gas chamber. As the gas is produced, pressure builds up in the bellows and is applied against a piston which pushes the lubricant out. The ELECTRO-LUBER™ can be set to empty in intervals varying between 15 days to 1 year simply by the selection of the appropraite DIP switch. The selection can be changed or the unit turned off at any time.
